Every price covers up to three checks — same job or different trades on one project.
If you buy a paid check (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and every extra check in that tier comes back not found or not applicable, leaving only the standard guides and checklists, we will refund you in full.
Email hello@roveek.com with your order email and the date. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 working days.
Your report is digital content we start preparing straight away at your request. This does not affect your statutory rights; if a report is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
